1 + 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Sumac
1/4 tsp Dried mint
1/2 tsp Dried thyme
1/4 tsp Dried pomegranate seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Light brown sugar
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Pinch black pepper

How to make Middle Eastern spice mix/blend
Pulse for 1-2 minutes until the pommegranate seeds become powder.
Keep in a sealed container until used.
